Am I safe shopping here? Yes. . . totally. At present we use Google Checkout for our payment service and for good reason, you can be guaranteed of the security of the largest world online bank! This also ensures we never see or store your credit card information.
Shipping? Pixxi is located in the UK. We have three levels of postage and packing as follows. To the UK £4.95. To Europe £9.95 and the rest of the world £14.95. Everything we post has to be signed for so please be aware that your shipping address can be delivered to and received by someone you trust! Also, remember that for deliveries outside of the UK you may be liable for import duties.
Are your Genuine Vintage items really vintage?
Yes. All our pieces in the Genuine Vintage section have been obtained from reliable sources. We try to give an approximate age in the description if we know, or just leave it out if we feel we are just guessing.
Is everything you sell old? No. Everything you see in our Vintage Inspired and Bottom Drawer sections are brand new.
Are your vintage pieces actually in stock? Yes. Each one is personally hunted down, professionally checked, measured, photographed and carefully described.
How do you know so much about vintage lingerie?
