Most large internet sites have loads of terms & conditions - if
you actually have a look at them that is, and most people don't! We are
a personal business and like to feel that we offer a great service. If
there is genuine problem with your order we will do everything in our
power to make sure we get it right.
At present, our preferred payment option is PayPal. We decided to use
the most popular online payment service on this planet for good reason.
This ensures you will feel comfortable that your payment is secure -
no if's, no but's - totally secure. Postage to the UK, Europe and the rest of the world? We wrap all items carefully and then are posted using UK Royal Mail and signed for. Please note this means someone has to be in to receive and sign for the item. For UK delivery all taxes are included. For some Europe and rest of the world deliveries please be aware your local taxation rules may be different and you could be charged extra. Pixxi cannot be liable for these payments. Returns
One thing we DO ask you is to remember to read our descriptions carefully
in our section Genuine Vintage, as we have taken care to write them,
and to carefully take the photographs of the items to ensure you are
buying what you want. This is especially so with these genuine vintage
items. Some items can be decades old and may not be in a 'perfect' condition.
While we point out any major flaws you must realise many vintage pieces
are not 'as new' and will be sold 'as found'. "Please do make any inquiries before purchasing, as all sales are final on all vintage pieces we cannot be responsible for garments that do not fit!"
On the sections Vintage Inspired and Bottom Drawer all the goods are
brand new unless otherwise stated. If you find a defect in these items we will replace them
(if in stock) on receipt of the original item and packaging being returned
to us as it was sent out, either First Class Recorded Delivery or First Class Special Delivery, signed-for and insured. We cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer, so we recommend that you opt for recorded or special delivery and retain your proof of postage and tracking details. Please ensure all parcels are clearly labelled and securely sealed before posting. The item must be unworn and without odours or any damage. We must be notified with in three days of you receiving your goods and the item must be returned to us with
in seven days. If not in stock we will refund the sale price to you on
receipt of the original item and packaging. This does not apply to any
underwear garments or any corset that doesn't fit due to incorrect measuring
or sizing as all corset are made to order. "We do not offer returns or refunds for International customers."
Most of our vintage items are one off's and we only have one of each
item. It is very, very rare but while you are buying a product online
someone else could be too. Our online system cannot help occasional duplicate
sales of a single item and therefore a buyer could be disapointed. If
this is the case then we notice the duplicate order we inform the customer
concerned to explain the customer who placed the order first by date
of sale owns the product and the customer who ordered second will have
an immediate refund.
Privacy
We treat all your personal information as confidential. When you shop
on this Website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information
from you such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery
address, telephone number, product selections, and a password. When you
create an account while ordering online you are given the option to receive
information from Pixxi we feel may be of interest to you. In the event
that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, contact us here
and we will remove you from our listings.
